Bondaweb is a very strong adhesive paper-like material that can permanently bond 2 fabrics together.
You can also use it for fixing motifs or appliqué work; mending holes, repairing tears; or creating buttonholes.
Here’s how it’s done for motifs and appliqué.
Trace or draw the motif onto the paper side of Bondaweb and cut out roughly.
Place the rough side on the wrong side of the motif fabric and iron for 3 - 4 seconds with dry heat.
Cut the motif out accurately and peel the backing paper, then lay the motif coated side down in the required position.
Cover with a damp cloth and iron on step by step for 8-10 seconds at a time, pressing down lightly each time.
Important: Now allow to cool for 20 minutes.
